Our mulch installation includes the mulch, pulling weeds, and the installation. We offer regular shredded hardwood, red dyed mulch, black dyed mulch, and cedar.

Standard Mowing Service
Eagle Lawn & Landscape offers both weekly and bi weekly mowing schedule to fit your individual needs. All of our services come with no risks, no contracts, and absolutely no termination fees! As our client, you have the option to skip, cancel, or suspend mowing as needed.
Your crew will ensure they cut your lawn at the proper height according the season and type of grass you have and we sharpen our blades regularly to give you the cleanest cut possible very time.
Every Service Includes The Following
- Mowing
- Edging with a steel blade edger
- Weedeating
- Blowing off all concrete areas
Standard Mowing Services follow the below schedule
January - 1 Mowing
February - 1 Mowing
March - 2 Mowings
April - October - Weekly Mowing or Bi-Weekly Mowing
November - 2 Mowings
December - 1 Mowing
Don't worry, you're not required to have mowing year round. You can pause your service through the winter and start back up in the spring!
Sod Installation
Sod is a perfect solution for bare spots or areas you can not get grass to grow. Unlike seeding, which can take a significant amount of time to grow, sod gives you an instant lawn that immediately enhances the look of your home.
Our sod installation includes any preparation work needed (tilling, fresh soil, etc.), the sod, and installation. We make sure to install the pieces in a staggered pattern so the ends do not dry out, and the pieces grow together much quicker. We work with multiple sod suppliers to ensure you are getting a high quality product installed.
Keep in mind that any sod, no matter how shade tolerant, will need a small amount of sun. So if you are struggling to get grass to grow on the sides of your home, like the majority of the Trinity Falls Community, then installing stone or a dense shade tolerant flower bed might be a better option.
Shrub Trimming
Shrub trimming is a part of our bush and bed service.
This service includes:
Trimming Shrubs
Pulling/Spraying Weeds in Flower Beds
Picking Up Leaves and other debris in the Flower Beds
We offer this as a one time service, or you can sign up for a recurring package. We can easily customize this package to fit your needs! You can sign up for monthly, every other month, quarterly, or even twice a year.
